Evolution of Terrorism Tactics: Defenses Must Adapt Vigilantly

On March 22, an unprecedented tragedy befell Russia as gunmen brutally attacked Moscow’s Crocus City Hall, leaving over 140 people dead. The country was thrown into shock and grief by the events of that dreadful day, which was the bloodiest attack on Russian territory in decades.
